Please read and understand these terms of service before signing up.
Spamming
Sending or Receiving unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages via internet. Spamming is harmful due to its negative impact on consumer attitudes. Another negative effect is that it may overload IntechHosting's servers and disrupt service to other Intechhosting clients. Spamming maintains an open SMTP relay which is strongly prohibited.
Intellectual Property Violations
Engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual
property rights of others. Intellectual Property Violations includes copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities. Furthermore, engaging in activity that violates privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others. Intechhosting is required by law to remove or block access to customer content upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement.
It is IntechHosting's policy to terminate the privileges of customers who commit repeat violations of copyright laws without reimbursements.
Obscene Speech or Materials
While we respect your right to free speech, using Intechhosting's network to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography or obscene speech or material is not tolerated. Intechhosting is required by law to notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography on or being transmitted through IntechHosting's network.
Forgery of Headers
Forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message.
Illegal/Unauthorized Access to Other Computers or Networks
Accessing or attempting to access illegally or without authorization computers, accounts, or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another individual's system known as hacking or cracking. Furthermore, any activity that might be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration is subject to cancellation of your account.
Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses, or Other Destructive Activities
Distributing information regarding the creation of and or sending Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mail bombing, denial of service attacks, or any such files. Furthermore, activities that disrupts the use of or interferes with the ability of others to effectively use the network or any connected network, system, service, or equipment.
Facilitating a Violation of this TOS
Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this AUP, which includes the facilitation of the means to spam,initiation of pinging, flooding, mail bombing, denial of service attacks, and copyright infringement.
Other Illegal Activities
Engaging in activities that are determined to be illegal, including advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and copyright infringement.
Failure to abide by these terms will result in suspention or even deletion from our network, with refunds at our discretion.
We also reserve the right to discuss excessive use of our services (for example, a malfunctioning script/program) at any time if said entity is causing denial of service to others on our network or other networks.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified at least 1 week before your renewal date, via a support ticket in your control panel. We cannot be held responsible for any recharges due to late notifications.
